1. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter, you must: (i) be a resident of Canada or the United States; and (ii) have reached the legal age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are not eligible to enter the Contest or win any prize if you are: a) an employee of NORAM Pro Ski (the “Sponsor”), or of any of its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, the contest administrator, or any participating retailer; b) a member of the immediate family (defined as mother, father, brothers, sisters, children, or spouse, regardless of place of residence) of any of the foregoing, or any person (related or not) residing in the same household as any of the foregoing.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. HOW TO ENTER: The Contest begins on December 9, 2025. All entries must be submitted and received no later than March 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time). To enter the Contest, you must subscribe to the NORAM Pro Ski newsletter; no purchase is required. Limit: One (1) entry per person and per email address. The Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for any computer bugs, technical failures, or any issues related to systems or networks. For clarity, you may use only one (1) email address to participate. If the Sponsor (at its sole and absolute discretion, based on available evidence) discovers that a person has attempted to: (i) obtain more entries than permitted under these Official Rules, or (ii) use multiple names, identities, or more than one (1) email address to enter, such person may be disqualified (at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion) and all of their entries may be void. Your entry will be rejected (at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion) if it is not submitted and received by the entry deadline. The use (or attempted use) of multiple names, identities, email addresses, or automated, robotic, macro, script or other systems or programs to enter or otherwise disrupt the Contest is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor, including government-issued photo ID). Failure to provide such proof within the required timeframe may result in disqualification.
3. PRIZE: There is one (1) prize (the “Prize”) available to be won between December 9, 2025, and March 31, 2026. The Prize consists of one (1) Pro Ski Classic Black Edition simulator with a value of one thousand six hundred ten U.S. dollars (US $1,610). Delivery fees are included in the prize, but assembly is not and remains entirely at the winner’s expense. Only the selected winner will be contacted. The Prize must be claimed within five (5) business days following the declaration of the winner.
If the winner does not claim the Prize within this period, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Sponsor will have the right, but not the obligation, at its sole and absolute discretion and if time permits, to select another eligible participant.
Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and must be accepted as awarded, with no cash or other substitution, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any component thereof with a prize of equal value if necessary. The Released Parties will not be responsible if factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the Prize from being awarded or enjoyed in whole or in part. In such cases, no replacement prize or cash equivalent will be offered. If the Prize or notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected.
4. DRAW: On April 1, 2026, in Montreal, at approximately 10:30 a.m. (ET), all eligible entries received will be entered into a random draw. The Sponsor or its designated agents will attempt to contact the selected entrant by email using the information provided at entry. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone or email. If the selected entrant: (i) cannot be reached within five (5) days of the first notification attempt; (ii) fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly; (iii) does not sign and return the declaration and release forms within the indicated timeframe (if applicable); or (iv) cannot accept the Prize for any reason; the Prize will be forfeited, and the Sponsor will have the right, but not the obligation, at its sole and absolute discretion and if time permits, to select another eligible entrant. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.
Participants are solely responsible for checking their junk/spam folders. The Sponsor is not responsible if a participant misses an important communication due to failure to check their spam folder.
Under no circumstances will the Sponsor be required to compensate or award the Prize to a participant who missed communications or failed to respond on time. A finalist is not considered a winner until all required documents have been returned and accepted by the Sponsor.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must sign a declaration and release form that: (i) confirms compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) confirms acceptance of the Prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies, the contest administrator, and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability relating to the Contest, participation in the Prize, the awarding of the Prize, the use or misuse of the Prize, or any related matter; and (iv) consents to the publication, reproduction, and use of their name, address, voice, statements about the Contest, and photographs or other representations for advertising and promotional purposes by or on behalf of the Sponsor, in any media, without notice, permission, or compensation. The Released Parties make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Prize and will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Without limiting the foregoing, the Released Parties will not be responsible for: a) incomplete or inaccurate information caused by participants, contest equipment, or any technical or human error; b) destruction, unauthorized access, or alteration of entries; c) technical difficulties related to networks, telephone lines, online systems, servers, providers, hardware, software, viruses, or bugs; d) failure of any email to be received or sent, or any entry to be recorded, for any reason, including internet congestion; e) damage to participants’ or others’ systems due to Contest participation; f) typographical or other errors in Contest materials, advertising, Official Rules, winner selection, or prize distribution; g) any combination of the above.
7. PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for Contest administration purposes, in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of their name, city/state of residence, statements, photos, and other likenesses for advertising purposes related to the Contest, in any media, without notice, permission, or compensation.
8. RIGHT TO TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR SUSPEND: The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest in accordance with these Official Rules.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All decisions of the Sponsor and contest administrator are final and binding. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, incorrect, or technically faulty entries. Automated entries are prohibited. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Communication will occur only with selected entrants (or others if necessary). The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the “authorized account holder” of the email address used.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone found tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE LEGITIMATE CONDUCT OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Subject only to applicable laws and any required regulatory approvals, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to modify any date or deadline set out in these Official Rules to the extent necessary for the purposes of verifying compliance by any participant or entry with these Official Rules, or due to technical or other issues, or in light of any other circumstance that, in the Sponsor’s opinion and at its sole discretion, affects the proper administration of the Contest in accordance with these Official Rules, or for any other reason.
In the event of any conflict between the French version of these Rules and any other Contest-related materials, the French version shall prevail to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. RÉGIE DES ALCOOLS, DES COURSES ET DES JEUX DU QUÉBEC (RACJ): The Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec is not associated with this Contest in any way and shall not be held responsible for any aspect of the Contest.
