When you order online, you will receive a link that allows you to track the shipment of your products. If you have not received this link or if you still have not received your products more than 15 business days after your purchase, email us at info@noramproski.com.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at 450 227-9633 and a representative will call you back as soon as possible.

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, products can be returned to us at our expense. Please contact email us at info@noramproski.com and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.
Noram ProSki Simulator warrants its simulators to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, accidental damage or repair or attempted repair by a third party. Any defective product that meets the stated warranty conditions will be replaced or repaired without charge.
This warranty does not apply to accessories. This warranty does not apply to products intended for commercial use and, therefore, such use will void its warranty. For details of the warranty policy for commercial use, please contact our customer service department or refer to your sales contract.
