Force (F = masse x acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration)<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\"><strong>La production d'une force maximale n\u00e9cessite l\u2019alignement et 'utilisation du plus grand nombre possible d\u2019articulation.<\/strong><br>\n\nChaque mouvement actif autour d'un axe articulaire r\u00e9sulte d'une contraction musculaire qui cr\u00e9e un torque (une force agissant \u00e0 une certaine distance d'un axe\nvia un bras de levier). Ces torques font pivoter les os et entra\u00eenent une combinaison de mouvements contre les chaussures, les conditions de ski, le terrain et la\nneige. V\u00e9locit\u00e9 (acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration dans une direction)<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\"><p>\n  <strong>La production de la vitesse maximale n\u00e9cessite l'utilisation de joints en sommation.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>L\u2019implication de chacune des articulations d\u00e9pend de la vitesse, de la forme du virage et de la phase du virage.<\/li>\n  <li>La phase d'ex\u00e9cution repr\u00e9sente le mouvement de bobinage.<\/li>\n  <li>La phase de transition repr\u00e9sente le mouvement de d\u00e9roulement dans lequel les hanches bougent de l'int\u00e9rieur de l'arc pour remonter sur le dessus des skis avec le genou et la cheville en succession rapide. Impulsion (I = Force x Temps)<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\"><p>\n  <strong>Plus l'impulsion appliqu\u00e9e est grande, plus la vitesse augmente.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n  L'impulsion est la force multipli\u00e9e par le temps. Alors qu\u2019il est concevable d\u2019avoir une forte impulsion en utilisant une force minimale sur une longue p\u00e9riode, un coureur doit cr\u00e9er une impulsion courte dans le temps (en particulier dans les \u00e9preuves techniques).\n<\/li>\n\n  <li>L\u2019augmentation de la vitesse est cr\u00e9\u00e9e en appliquant une impulsion au bon moment (moment critique) dans la bonne direction.<\/li>\n  <li>C\u2019est pourquoi il faut \"pomper\" le ski sur les plats pour augmenter la vitesse. En appliquant une impulsion au moment critique, le skieur charge le ski un peu comme un trampoline. Direction<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\"><p>\n  <strong>Le mouvement se produit dans la direction oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 la force appliqu\u00e9e.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>Rien de tout cela n'est possible sans une mise \u00e0 carre stable. Mouvement angulaire<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\"><p>\n  <strong>Produite par l'application d'une force agissant \u00e0 une certaine distance d'un axe, c'est-\u00e0-dire d'un torque.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>Le skieur doit r\u00e9sister ou g\u00e9rer ce torque afin de rester stable et carver. En r\u00e9sistant au torque, le skieur est capable de stocker de l'\u00e9nergie comme un ressort\ntordu. Le torque est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par la s\u00e9paration du haut du corps en haut du virage et r\u00e9siste par le gainage pendant la phase d'ex\u00e9cution.
